Is there a minimum order quanity?
Coming from a small business, we understand and will do our best to accomodate your needs. Please note this will also depend on the style of the garment.
What is the sampling process? What do I need?
We can work from pictures, sketches, mood boards or tech packs.
How does sampling & production prices work?
Sample - Pricing is double the production cost as there is a lot of work that goes into creating your design. Production - Once the sample is complete and the fabrication is chosen. It will be priced accordingly.
What is the timeframe for samples & production?
Samples - 2-3 weeks, please note this does not include shipping timeframe. Production - This will depend on the style and quantity.
Do you offer both small and large production?
Yes we do. We offer digital, embroidery and screen printing. This is not done in house but with a trusted supplier. Please note - depending on the sizing and graphics a screen/film cost may be involved.
Do you assist with labels and tags?
We can assist with swing tags and labels with our trusted supplier. Please note - this is an additional cost.
Do you do grading?
Yes, our pattern maker will grade your sizes. If you prefer to adjust your sizes after sampling, this can be arranged.
Do you offer dying?
Yes, our dye house will do the best to their ability to match your colours.
Do you source and find material?
Yes we can, swatches will be an additional cost, depending on the quantity. Please note - shipping the swatches will be at your cost.
Where does all the material come from?
We have 5 main suppliers that are located in Bali, Indonesia. They source locally and internationally.
Do I pay for shipping?
DHL, at your cost. Along with any duties or taxes that may occur.
